Pavers Installation Warranty

Solution People Inc. is proud of the quality and workmanship of
the project it has built for you.

• 
  Pavers installation is warrantied for five years for any major
  sinking only. Sunk areas will be repaired which includes fixing the base
  material as needed and reinstalling same pavers. If any paver blocks break
  during the repairs, Solution People Inc. will replace these blocks (only the
  damaged pieces).
  
  Any and all materials are warrantied solely by their
  manufacturers (paver stones, paver lights, transformers, etc.). Solution People
  Inc. is not responsible for replacement of defective materials under this warranty.

  Pavers under and around fire pit/fireplace and fire pit/fireplace
  kit are not covered under this warranty if fire pit not used according to
  manufacturer's recommendations (if not using provided metal pan).
• 
  Paver-like lights and other low-voltage lights are warrantied
  for one year only for any issues with the low-voltage wire connections. Any
  light bulb replacement and /or fixture issues are not covered under this
  warranty.
• 
  As normal wear and tear the joint sand may wash or blow away.
  Disturbance of sand by insects or plant seeds getting in the joints which is
  normal and not covered under this warranty.
• 
  Edge
  restraints in mulched planting beds can lift up during deep freezes; if
  requested we will reseat the affected edge restraints ONE time during the
  warranty period.
• 
  Tree roots
  from existing trees can damage the interlocking paver system. We do not offer a
  warranty to protect the paver system from damage caused by existing tree roots.
• 
  Regular maintenance that may be required is not part of this
  warranty, such as stain removal (from rust, oil, grass, grease, etc.), or
  cleaning (including efflorescence removal), or sealing of the pavers. Customer
  may choose to hire Solution People Inc. or other company for these maintenance
  services when needed. Maintenance may be required before the 5 year warranty
  period is over.
  
  IMPORTANT: The warranty is rendered null and void in the event customer fails to make payment in full in accordance with agreed payment schedule, terms and conditions of the contract. Warranty is applicable after job completed and last payment is paid in full. Warranty does not apply if balance is not paid in full. If any repairs need to be made within the period of the warranty, the Customer should notify SP in writing with a certified letter. Any workmanship problem will be fixed by SP within 30 days weather permitting. If SP is not notified for any problem or repair needed, SP is not to be responsible for those repairs. Within the workmanship warranty, SP is only responsible to the extent of the labor cost of the work done. No refunds will be made exceeding the labor cost in this agreement. If you wish to have another company complete the repairs, we do not compensate you or others for the repair, and the warranty is void.

*Material color will be matched as close as possible if a repair is made. Some variation in color may occur.

Keeping your pavers surface cleaned and sealed is a good policy for maintaining it for many years to come.  Normal wear and tear is expected and is not covered in this warranty. Any damages due to Customer's negligence, alteration of the project's original design, or an act of God are not covered under this warranty.

This Warranty is Solution People Inc.'s sole warranty and sets forth the customer's exclusive remedy.

Stamped Concrete Installation Warranty

Solution People Inc. is proud of the quality and workmanship of the project it has built for you.

• Concrete workmanship is warranted for one year for any major sinking and/or cracks (bigger than 1 inch). Stamped concrete sealing is warranted for one year only.
• Cracks exceeding 3/16 of an inch will be repaired. Shrinkage and/or hairline cracks may occur (spider cracks are normal).
• Deterioration of concrete caused by using salt or other de-icing chemicals causes the concrete to peel and will not be covered under the warranty
• Snow removal by heavy machinery will be at the owners risk
• Commercial vehicle traffic is not recommended in driveways
• Color variations may occur either lighter or darker than they appear on the chart
• Solution People Inc is not responsible for any settlement in concrete due to underground utilities and non compacted soil
• Surface blemishes from aggregate pops may occur

Keeping your stamped concrete surface cleaned and sealed is a good policy for maintaining it a good looking for many years to come. Resealing is recommended every two years.
Normal wear and tear is expected and is not covered in this warranty. Any damages due to customer's negligence, alteration of the project's original design, or an act of God are not covered under this warranty.
